NEW ZEALAND: A Fall River gymnast is returning home from the Indo Pacific Trampoline and Tumbling Championships with another medal to add to his vast collection.

Kai Dwyer nabbed silver in the double mini part of the competition, being held in Napier, New Zealand, on Oct. 23. He came second behind fellow Canadian Adin Brenner.

Dwyer scored 132.900 while Brenner bested him with a 134.600 score.

Besides his silver medal, Dwyer placed sixth in the trampoline portion of the championships, where he was representing Canada. He had a 133.955 score.

Dwyer trains out of Titans Gymnastics and Trampoline Club in Dartmouth under coach Dann McEntee.
