FALL RIVER: Neville Roberts of Fletchers Lake presented Diann Robertson with a special piece of work last month.

There was a picture in Robertson’s hospital room in Edmonton that the Fall River woman really liked. So when Roberts found out, he decided he would paint it for her as a reminder and keepsake of her time for successful Islet transplant surgery.

The presentation took place at the Fall River Tim Hortons with MLA Bill Horne and Diann’s friend Nigel Thorpe present. (Healey photo)
