UPDATED: Missing 17-year-old girl found, police say

    July 26, 2019, Lower Sackville, Nova Scotia . . . The 17-year-old Lower Sackville teen who was reporting missing on July 22 has been located and is safe.

    The RCMP would like to thank the public for their assistance and retweets on social media.

    Halifax District RCMP is asking for the public’s assistance to locate 17-year-old Brianna Morine, who was last seen at approximately 3:30 p.m. on July 21, near the Lake Banook area in Dartmouth.

    Brianna Morine is described as 5-foot-9 and 200 pounds, blue eyes and short dark hair.  Morine was wearing a black Adidas jacket, blue jeans and red shoes.

    Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Brianna Morine is asked to contact Halifax District RCMP at 902-490-5020.
