WAVERLEY: The Waverley Community Association (WCA) is looking for a few good women and men from its community to join the non-profit, volunteer organization.
In a post on its Facebook page, the WCA says residents can help them continue to make a difference in their community.
The WCA will be hosting their AGM in June, tentatively scheduled for June 9.
Residents can join the executive, or one of their subcommittees. There is minimal time commitment required.

They’re asking fellow residents to spread the word in the Waverley area community of the need for community volunteers to join them.
“It would be great to have an amazing team with varying talents, like persons interested in events, safety, marketing, IT, accounting, property maintenance, law and environment,” the WCA post said.
“Truly all that is required is a passion to better the community we live in.”
