FALL RIVER: The Tri County Rangers girls U18 AAA team captured gold at provincials last weekend.
For some of the older girls, starting in U14 and now three years of U18, it is their fourth consecutive provincial gold medal.
The scores were as follows:
Gm one Tri County 9 Dartmouth 8 in extra innings
Gm Two Kentville 8 Tri County 7
Gm Three Tri County 11 Oxford 1 *Georgia Hines game MVP with outstanding pitching

Championship Game Tri County 7 Oxford 3 * Addison Lee MVP with outstanding pitching.
The combination of timely hitting with really strong defence and outstanding pitching throughout the tournament is what led the Rangers to the provincial title.
