HALIFAX: On September 4 at approximately 7:30 p.m., police received a report of a theft at Lululemon, located at 5445 Spring Garden Road in Halifax.
Responding officers located and arrested one man on scene without incident.
The man was also the suspect in multiple other thefts at Lululemon over the last 12 months.

Timothy Decaire, 46, is scheduled to appear in Halifax provincial court today to face charges of:
-Theft under $5000.00 (x10)
-Possession of property obtained by crime under $5000.00 (x10)
-Fail to comply with probable order (x10)
The investigation is ongoing.
