WELLINGTON: The Cobequid Food Security Network’s (CFSN) monthly market is returning to Wellington later this month, with a date change for September.
Because Wednesday, September 30 is a holiday, the CFN Monthly Market will take place one week earlier, on Wednesday, September 23, from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. at the Wellington Fletcher’s Lake Station House.
The monthly market offers residents access to fresh, affordable groceries and produce while providing an opportunity to connect with neighbours and community members.
The market made its debut at the Station House last month, with organizers calling the first event a resounding success.
