ANTRIM: Halifax District RCMP is investigating two recent incidents of damage to a home that occurred on Moore Rd. in Antrim.

On August 9, a homeowner arrived home after a few days to two broken front windows. The windows were broken from rocks and what appeared to be a metal gear for machinery that were found inside the living room.

There was also some damage to the pool from rocks being thrown in it, possibly gravel from a nearby driveway.

On August 15 sometime between the hours of 11:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., a second incident of damage occurred at the same home.

Cpl. Lisa Croteau, spokeswoman with Halifax District RCMP, said one of the same front windows was broken again from rocks and the liner of the pool damaged possibly by a screw driver that was located in the home.

The suspect(s) also dumped cigarette butts in the pool and around the patio.

Anyone with information on this incident is asked to contact Halifax District RCMP at 902-490-5020.
