From the WJCC:

WINDSOR JUNCTION: We are on the eve of WJCC Summer Camp and we are so very excited to hear the laughter and watch the friendships bloom. We are also anticipating the cheers and seeing the growth of the boys and girls in the LWF Baseball program.

To prepare for the success of these programs we want to remind our ratepayers and their guests that the WJCC facilities are tended by a group of volunteers and young adults and as such it can be burdensome on them, as well as dangerous for our guests, to encounter trash on the site.

We’ve observed a number of signs that our facilities are being used late into the evening to consume alcohol and other adult activities. Trash strewn about from these gatherings will cause WJCC staff to consider restricting access after hours or ramping up enforcement efforts of our site rules.

Please, at all times of the day, put your trash in the receptacles so that our staff and volunteers can concentrate their efforts on setting up our facilities for memory making and enjoyment. R

emember that alcohol consumption and smoking will not be tolerated on our grounds.

Let’s bring on the fun!
