WAVERLEY: A volleyball player with roots in Waverley has earned herself top accolades from her Atlantic Collegiate Athletic Association club, the MSVU Mystics women’s volleyball team.
Kenzie Brimicombe, a junior with the team that earned the 2019-2020 championship, was named the team’s MVP at the recently held awards.
Brimicombe, a Lockview High alum, had 82 kills, 286 attacks, 27 service aces, 166 digs, and 113 points for the Mystics, who went 10-8 (won-loss) during the regular season.
