ENFIELD: The Spring banners along Highway 2 in Enfield have been installed.
Thanks to Artists in Bloom from the Enfield District school for the beautiful art, Hwy 2 has been of a spring feel to it these days. Lorraine and Herve Burri donated the banners as well as the brackets on which they now hang.
Enfield in Bloom volunteers Hervé Burri and Owen McKenzie who spent three days on a ladder to make this happen.
The banners have become a yearly tradition now that many in the community look for, and very much enjoy seeing during their travels.
The non-profit organization wanted to thank HD Supply and Payzant Home Hardware in Enfield for helping the group with the materials they needed.
