This Notice of Motion will allow the councillors on NWCC to consider the proposed development agreement, as set out in Attachment A of the staff report dated May 4, 2020, to permit a 525-unit mobile home park off Old Truro Road, Enfield and schedule a public hearing.

This Notice of Motion will allow NWCC to consider the proposed development agreement, as set out in Attachment A of the staff report dated May 5, 2020, to enable a 176-unit residential subdivision (Classic Form Open Space Design Development) in Windsor Junction and schedule a public hearing.
