Fall River’s Cutcliffe to be inducted into 2020 N.S. Curling Hall of Fame

FALL RIVER: A curler from Fall River is among those announced as being inducted into the 2020 Nova Scotia Curling Association Hall of Fame.

Recently, the Nova Scotia Curling Association announced the 2020 inductees to the NSCA Hall of Fame.

That list includes Fall River’s Margaret Cutcliffe in the curler category; Mary Mattatall, Curler/Coach; Brian Rafuse, Curler/Builder; and Team Brian Rafuse, Curt Palmer, Glenn Josephsen, and David Slauenwhite in the Team category.

Cutcliffe has accomplished 19 provincial titles in five different championships – Scotties Tournament of Hearts, Mixed, Seniors, Masters and the 55+ Canada Games. 

Her teams have medalled at the Canadian Championships at the Scotties (Bronze), Canadian Seniors (Silver, Bronze) and Canadian Masters (Silver) and two Gold at the Canadian 55+ Canada Games level.
