LOWER SACKVILLE: Motorists are being advised of some weekend traffic disruptions in two areas of the Sackville/Bedford area.
In Lower Sackville, HRM said there is to be traffic delays expected on Copbequid Road between Glendale Ave and Sucker Brook Road on Saturday and Sunday.
Work is to take place from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m on Saturday and from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Sunday.
This is to facilitate road repair work in support of the Moving Better goals outlined in the 2026–2030 Strategic Plan.
HRM said there will be stop-and-go traffic in place while this work is underway.
Drivers should expect delays and are asked to use alternative routes where possible.

In Bedford, traffic delays can be expected on Starboard Drive, from Larry Uteck Blvd., to Friesian Court on May 23 and May 24 as well.
Work is to take place Saturday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
