WAVERLEY: There were many artisans and crafters on hand selling their goodies at the NS Arts and Craft sale, which had more than 1,100 people attend over its two days on Nov. 1-2 at the Waverley Legion.

There were many people browsing over the artwork provided by Small Cat Studios’ Abigail Sawyer and John Keenan at the N.S. Art and Craft Sale, held Nov. 1-2 at the Waverley Legion.

They were planning to attend the Festival of Tress craft sale, which is scheduled for Dec. 7-8 at Musquodoboit Valley Education Centre on Hwy. 224.

Musical entertainment for the N.S. Art & Craft sale on Nov. 2 was provided by Donna Hutchison as she plays the harp.

The craft sale takes place annually at the Waverley Legion, and among the causes it raises money for is the Lions Christmas Express.
