WELLINGTON: The lawyers for four people charged in the Wellington home invasion appeared in court last week, on March 24.

None of the accused were in court themselves.

According to N.S. Courts, the defence is awaiting some additional disclosure from the Crown.

As a result Judge Frank Hoskins agreed to adjourn the matter until that is dealt with.

The four are due back in Dartmouth Provincial Court for election and plea on May 17.
