ENFIELD: A six run fourth inning blew open a rather close game between the host Hants East Tigers and rival Hants North Flames.

The all Hants County battle was part of the baseball tournament that the Tigers were hosting at the ball fields at the Enfield Legion.

In that sixth inning, Cam Turner doubled and scored one run, while Simon Bugden had a single driving home two runs.

Cam Cox homered plating two more runs for the hosts but visitors in this game.

HERH added to their early lead in the top of the second inning after Angus Rumbolt singled to right field, scoring one run.

Turner earned the win for HERH Tigers. The hurler surrendered four hits and zero runs over five innings, striking out four and walking none.

Tyler White suffered the loss for the Jays, throwing five innings, surrendering 10 runs (five earned) on nine hits, striking out two and walking three.

Bugden, Rumbolt, and Gabe Burns each collected two hits for HERH Tigers. Rumbolt stole two bases.

Overall, the Tigers stole six bases in the game.

Peyton White led the Flames at the plate, going 2-for-2 with hits.
