ENFIELD: Over the past week, officers with East Hants RCMP responded to 118 calls for service.

The following are some of the highlighted calls as provided by Sgt. Scott MacRae, with East Hants RCMP.

FIREARM COMPLAINT

East Hants RCMP responded to a firearms complaint in South Rawdon.

Officers learned that a male had a gun, which was later determined to be a pellet gun. The male was located and safely arrested by police.

The 24-year-old male is facing charges of Failure to comply with Order.

TRAFFIC ISSUES

RCMP issued 11 Summary offence tickets for traffic related incidents/violations.

Officers attended to nine motor vehicle collisions throughout the municipality.

Residents of East Hants should reduce speed and pay attention to the road/road conditions.

East Hants RCMP are looking to identify the following individual from a theft from the Elmsdale Superstore.

This week, East Hants RCMP’s most wanted is Steven Miller.

Miller is wanted on a Surety is facing multiple charges including Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle, Operation while Prohibited and Failure to stop after Accident.
