FALL RIVER/BEAVER BANK: A pair of food drives are being prepared this week put on by the Sackville Kinsmen & Kinettes.
The first one will be held Sept. 20 at St John’s United Church from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The church is located at 3360 Hwy 2 in Fall River.
The second one will be held on Sept. 27 at the Beaver Bank Kinsac Community Centre in Beaver Bank.
It will run from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The BBKCC is located at 1500 Beaver Bank Road.
The Fall River food bank drive will support Beacon House, while the one in Beaver Bank will support their community cupboard.
There is also planned food drives in Bedford at the Lions Den but no info was available on that one at time this story was posted.
