WELLINGTON: The sign at the roundabout at the Aerotech connector has been corrected to indicate Sunnylea Road.
It had been indicating Wellington with an arrow pointing in the Sunnylea/Kings Road direction.
As a result several residents sent in complaints to public works regarding the sign and it misleading motorists. The new signage was put in place on Sept. 9.
Officials say the delay in opening is that they are waiting on some more light poles to be able to install before it can officially open to public traffic.
No word on when that may happen.
