LOWER SACKVILLE: Halifax District RCMP has obtained a warrant for the arrest of a man who has been charged with a number of offences that originated on July 19, 2019 in Lower Sackville.
Richard Joseph Young, 43, of Lower Sackville, has been charged with:
· Resist Arrest (2 counts)
· Assaulting a Peace Officer
Young is described as a white man, 5-foot-11, 180 pounds, with grey hair.

Police have made several attempts to locate Young, however are requesting assistance from the public.
Members of the public are asked to not approach Young if he located, and call police. Halifax District RCMP is asking anyone with information on the whereabouts of Richard Joseph Young to contact them at 902-490-5020.
