UPDATED: Missing Lower Sackville woman found safe

Missing person located

September 23, 2020, Lower Sackville, Nova Scotia…The 32-year-old who was reported missing from Lower Sackville on September 21 has been located and is safe.

The RCMP would like to thank the public for their assistance and retweets on social media.

LOWER SACKVILLE: Halifax District RCMP is asking for assistance from the public to locate 32-year-old Monika Selig (also goes by Monika Nauss), who is missing from Lower Sackville. She was last seen at 7:30 p.m. on September 18.

Selig is described as white, with dyed blond hair and brown eyes. She is 5-foot-8 tall and 175 pounds. When last seen she was wearing a beige jacket, dark pants and pink flip flops. Police are concerned for her safety.

When someone goes missing, it has deep and far-reaching impacts for the person and those that know them. We ask that people spread the word through social media respectfully.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Monika Selig (Nauss) is asked to contact Halifax District RCMP at 902-490-5020.
