East Hants RCMP seek info on New Years Eve break-and-enter

RAWDON: RCMP are looking for information related to a break-and-enter in Rawdon on New Years Eve.

East Hants RCMP S/Sgt. Cory Bushell said officers were called to the scene of a residential break-and-enter on Dec. 31.

“The culprit broke into the home some time during the daylight hours when the homeowners were out,” said S/Sgt. Bushell.

“While inside, the person responsible trashed the house and stole several items.”

Investigators believe a vehicle may have been used by the culprit to attend and depart the scene.

RCMP are interested in speaking to anyone who has information regarding the matter.
