DARTMOUTH: Since tolling ended on the Macdonald and MacKay bridges in March 2025, MACPASS has refunded more than 4.67 million dollars to customers and have closed over 177,000 accounts.

As the refund process continues, Halifax Harbour Bridges (HHB) encourages any customers who believe they may be owed a refund still to take action now.

The MACPASS Customer Service Centre at 471 Princess Margaret Boulevard, will remain open until Friday, September 19 Monday to Friday | 8:30AM to 4PM.

• log in to your MACPASS account to request a refund or update your card information

• email macpass@hdbc.ns.ca with any inquiries (please note: responses can take upto 5 business days).

The MACPASS phone line will be discontinued after the office closes.
