SHUBENACADIE: A 56-year-old man is facing impaired driving charges following a single vehicle collision near Shubenacadie.
Sgt. Scott MacRae said that police, EHS, and local volunteer fire departments responded to the collision on Robinson Road.
“There was no injury to the driver,” said Sgt. MacRae.
The Shubenacadie man is scheduled to appear in provincial court on Nov. 17.
He is charged with:
Impaired Operation of a Conveyance Alcohol Sec 320.14(1)(a) Criminal Code
Impaired over 80mgs% Sec 320.14(1)(b)
