FALL RIVER: Here are a couple of updates on two proposed developments in the Fall River and Windsor Junction areas that have residents following closely.
Reporter Pat Healey gathered these updates after inquiring of their statuses.
- Carr Farm Development: Contrary to some talk in community, it is not coming to the Nov. 5 North West Community Council this month. This means it may for December if it’s ready. That won’t be known until the week before if it’s on agenda.
- Ingram Drive proposed development: We were told it is still in the detailed review part; with the strong opposition against development at the public meeting in the summer, the applicant is considering how they want to proceed and if they will make changes to proposal.
