Our January Participant winner was Melanie (Oakes) MacKinnon!
Melanie grew up in Fall River and is a third-generation entrepreneur in the water and wastewater industry working with municipalities providing treatment, disinfection, and instrumentation throughout Atlantic Canada.
Although the company is five years old, Melanie has over 30 years of experience in the industry.
The FRABA membership has been inspiring by connecting us with professionals contributing to our community. Nulantic has grown – originally hosted in the basement of her parents’ home in Fall River, but in 2019 it moved to a professional space at 298 Cobequid Road in Lower Sackville; allowing it to meet the growing capacity demands.
Currently the Nulantic Water team is a talented group of women living in the Fall River and Sackville area, each loaning their expertise to a company dedicated to protecting our most valuable resource -water.
