GRAND LAKE: A GoFundMe for a Grand Lake family who’s home was seriously damaged in fire earlier this month has started.
Residents in the community are trying to help their neighbours, the Parsons family, with their rebuild efforts after the fire at their Hartland Drive home in Brookhill Estates.
The Parsons family is safe and got out without injury, the home was lost in the fire.
Fellow residents are coming together to help them out.

To date more than $5,000 of the estimated goal of $6.5 k has been raised.
The funds in the GoFundMe will help them cover immediate expenses, including temporary housing, clothing, food, and replacing essential items.
