KENNETCOOK: For the third straight year, the Hants North Flames boy’s basketball team will be hanging up the Northumberland Region Division 3 championship banner at the Kennetcook-based school.
Behind 18 points from Camden Gilby and 17 from graduating senior and captain Issac Densmore, the Flames defeated Pugwash High 63-57 on April 17 to nab the banner yet again.
Blake Withrow contributed 14 points for the victors.

Hants North was led by a strong defensive effort from Carter Graham and Dillon Miller.
Densmore played a strong two-way game in his final game., said Flames team official Ken Webb to The Laker News.
To grab the banner was the result of a total team effort led by captains Densmore and Blake Withrow, said Webb.
