MAITLAND: A man has been charged with impaired driving after an MVC on Aug. 3.
Police say officers attended a single vehicle collision in Maitland.
The driver displayed signs of impairment and provided breath samples which were more than twice the legal limit.
No age or home community of the driver was available.
A court date is pending, police tell The Laker News.
