WAVERLEY: The Waverley Heritage Museum held it’s annual Annie’s Tea on Sept. 6.

In a post on Facebook, the Heritage Museum volunteers thanked everyone who attended and helped out.

“The tea was a great way to celebrate our founder, Annie Smith, and another year of the Waverley Heritage Museum,” said the post. “Despite COVID19, we had about the same number of people attend as we have in past years.”

The community support for the museum means a lot to the volunteers who work tirelessly behind the scenes.

“We are so grateful to be a part of a community that is so involved and supportive of the museum,” said the post. “We would also like to express our deep gratitude to the wonderful volunteers who made this event possible.

“It couldn’t have been done without your help.”
