WINDSOR JUNCTION: A 57-year-old Beaver Bank was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries after a supper-time single-vehicle collision in Windsor Junction on July 26.
Cpl. Lisa Croteau, spokeswoman with Halifax District RCMP, said that at 5:20 p.m. RCMP responded to the collision on Ingram Drive in Windsor Junction.
The 57-year-old was the driver of a red Ford F-150 that went off the road and rolled several times before coming to rest in the ditch. A 24-year-old man who was the passenger was treated at the scene by EHS
Station 45 Fall River responded to the scene. The road in the area of the collision was closed for a short-time. Beaton’s Towing was dispatched and hauled the vehicle away.
Speed and alcohol have not been ruled out in the collision.
Cpl. Croteau said the investigation into the mishap is continuing.
