Liam Phillips was quenching the thirst of those driving along Windsor Junction Road Aug. 1 by selling Kool-Aid. Reporter Pat Healey confirms it hit the spot as he delivered The Laker to distribution spots. Liam was taking donations and giving the Kool-aid to those who did. The money he raises is being used towards buying a kayak.
