LOWER SACKVILLE: The Integrated RCMP/HRP General Investigation Section (GIS) of the Criminal Investigation Division is investigating a report of shots fired that occurred last evening in Lower Sackville.
At approximately 5:10 p.m. on December 14, Halifax District RCMP responded to a report of shots fired at a vehicle in the 300 block of Sackville Dr. Both the suspect and victim vehicles departed the scene prior to police arriving. The victim was identified and no one was hurt.
The suspect vehicle is described as a blue sedan.
It is believed that the victim and the suspect are known to each other. The investigation is ongoing and being led by RCMP/HRP Integrated Criminal Investigation Division.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Halifax District RCMP at 902-490-5020. Any person or businesses with surveillance video in the area, is asked to review their footage and follow up with GIS at 902-490-5020.
