WELLINGTON: Police were busy in the Wellington/Oakfield area during a two day span earlier this week, Sept. 25-26.
Halifax District RCMP responded to four incidents involving theft of vehicles and thefts from vehicles in Oakfield, Grand Lake, and Wellington, according to the RCMP/Halifax Regional Police’s Crimemapping website. The website can be found here: http://maps.halifax.ca/crimemapping/.
In the first incident,RCMP are investigating a theft from vehicle on Dakota Drive in the Oaken Hills subdivision in Wellington on Sept. 25.
On Sept. 26, a complainant reported their vehicle had been stolen from their Oaken Hills subdivision residence in Wellington.
Police are investigating a theft from vehicle on Given Drive in the Brookhill Estates subdivision in Grand Lake on Sept. 26.
A resident reported to police on Sept. 26 that their vehicle was stolen from their Frenchman’s Road, Oakfield residence.
