HALIFAX: Family SOS has been doing amazing work for forty years, but they’re up against new challenges because COVID-19 and are looking for new avenues for community awareness, connection, and fundraising.
Family SOS is a local, non-profit, child-centered organization directed toward building strong and healthy families based in Halifax.

In 2019, thanks to the support and generosity of local residents, businesses, and community leaders, more than 300 children were outfitted with boots, snow pants, coats, hats and mittens through the Family SOS Snowsuit Fund.
