BARRINGTON: RCMP in Barrington have arrested a man for making fake COVID-19 proof of vaccination cards in Barrington.
On November 15, police received a complaint of a suspected fake COVID-19 proof of vaccination cards being made by a 50-year-old Barrington man.
Cpl. Chris Marshall with N.S. RCMP said police began investigating the incident and on December 10, police executed a search warrant at a home in Barrington and arrested the man without incident.
Police seized items related to manufacturing and forging COVID-19 proof of vaccination, along with electronic devices.
