WINDSOR JUNCTION: Residents will get their first chance to look at a revised application proposal looking to build 176 residential units in the Charleswood Drive area of Windsor Junction.
The proposal is from ZZAP Consultants on behalf of Shaw Group Ltd. (former application by Miller Developments Limited) for a development agreement for an Open Space Design Development (Conservation Design) at Cumberland Way, Carriage Road and Charleswood Drive, Windsor Junction.
The development would be on 54 hectare (134 acres). It proposes to build a total of 176 residential units (92 single unit dwellings and 84 townhouses) serviced with Municipal water and on-site cluster styled sewage treatment.
Residents will be able to provide feedback and receive an update on the new application is set for March 27 from 7-9 p.m. at the Gordon R. Snow Community Centre in Fall River.
