FALL RIVER: While they may be closing temporarily due to the spike in COVID19 cases in the HRM, the LWF Community Hall continues to show its support for the community.
On Nov. 23, Barry Dalrymple, representing the LWF Community Hall volunteer board, presented a cheque to the Lions Christmas Express for their holiday food drive.
Pat Healey from The Laker News accepted the cheque on behalf of the Christmas Express, for which he is a volunteer.
“We wanted to show the community we care for them, that we’re here to help them out,” said Dalrymple.
