ELMSDALE: The Municipality of East Hants (MEH) is holding two public information meetings on Jan. 5 regarding a pair of applications. The meetings will be held digitally, and begin at 7 p.m.
The first application is on a proposal from WM Fares Architects for a mixed-use development, including 18 townhouses, three multiplexes and commercial space near 450 Hwy 2 in Enfield.
The second is a a proposal from MEH’s Parks, Recreations and Culture Department about mapping amendments for Municipally owned lands located on Ashford Place, Lantz.
The amendments would rezone the property for residential use.
