HALIFAX: Officials from HRM and the project manager of the Cogswell District development held a media tour last week.
Media were taken on a tour of the development at the Cogswell District in Halifax where an update and timelines were provided as to where things stand.
The tour was approximately two hours long and answers to questions asked by media were answered.
