ENFIELD: In our sixth question with N.S. Liberal Leader Zach Churchill during a stop in Enfield for a chat with The Laker News, we asked him about the contentious Carr Farm development in Fall River.
We asked about how residents have voiced concerns seeking assurances from the province on who is responsible should the state-of-the-art treatment facility fail.
The treated effluent from the sewage treatment plant is to go into Lake Thomas, something that residents have voiced concern with multiple times.
