WINDSOR JUNCTION: In a release on Feb. 5, Halifax Water says that G & R Kelly Enterprises will be undertaking scheduled water system maintenance on Feb. 6.
The work will occur near 961 Cobequid Road in Windsor Junction. Water service to the affected customers will be shut down from 12 noon – 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 6.
There will be stop and go traffic in the work zone near 961Cobequid Road, Windsor Junction. Pedestrian access will be maintained.
Experienced traffic control personnel will be on-site to ensure smooth traffic flow around the work zone.
On-site personnel will also maintain communication with local residents and businesses to help minimize disruption. Motorists are asked to use alternate routes and expect delays. Motorists are also reminded that speed fines double in work zones.
