WINDSOR JUNCTION: A baseball player from Fall River can say he’s going to the Canada Games, scheduled for next summer.
Lucas Taylor, who plays with the Tri County Rangers, was among the provincial baseball players who tried out for the team to be announced as part of the core 2021 team. Close to 100 athletes attended tryouts across N.S. over the last few months.
He is one of several Rangers named to the squad.
Taylor began his baseball career through the LWF Minor Baseball Association.
“It was a difficult process with so much talent on display across Nova Scotia,” the coaching staff said in a release.
